Summit Racing Equipment
When we swing by the Summit Racing Equipment booth, we’re always stoked to scope out the latest and greatest. One gem that caught our eye was this gnarly Top Fuel Funny Car Engine. This is not your typical crate engine. Check out these specs: it blasts to 100 mph in less than a second, nails a 1,000 ft pass in 3.8 seconds or less, and hits over 330 MPH by the finish line. Talk about insane! This beast dishes out a whopping 5Gs of force at launch and can chug through a hundred gallons of fuel in a minute, burning 15 gallons per pass. And get this—the forged billet aluminum block adapted from a Chrysler 426 Hemi makes this a definite party crasher at LS Fest, but with stats like that, no one is complaining. And the price tag? A cool $70,000. But hey, when you’re pushing the limits like this, you know it’s worth every penny.
