At just 18, the “Gas Monkey Princess” Makenzie Murphy is no stranger to the world of hot rodding. Her passion for hot rods started early, riding in a flamed ’36 Ford stroller as a toddler and later cruising in a pink flamed ’32 Ford pedal car. Staying true to her love of classic cars, she collaborated with Alan Johnson of Johnson’s Hot Rod Shop to bring her vision to life—a traditional-style highboy.
