Many companies in the automotive industry have developed a reputation for building crazy cars. Companies such as Tein, GReddy and HKS have gained significant media exposure by building vehicles that are outfitted with each company’s signature parts made for their specific project cars. Not only do these vehicles bring excellent exposure to these companies, but they also show the public what creative minds can do with specific vehicles.
“If these four walls could only talk, what great stories they could tell” is an old adage that is certainly apropos from a historical perspective. In the context that we Americans have an ongoing love affair with the automobile, it could also be said that if a classic car could only talk, it could tell some pretty great stories as well!”
In early 2005, a funny thing happened to David “Stroke Daddy” Taylor from Ewa Beach, Hawaii. One morning, Taylor went out to buy a new pair of work shoes. He returned home, however, driving a brand-new ’05 Ford Mustang instead. we’ll let Him tell the rest of the story.
